Cancellation Policy

In the event that a Player is unable to attend an Advanced Player Program (APP) Small Group Session, they will be given a School Holiday Program session to use free of charge to compensate. If a session is unavoidably cancelled by The Pro Project (for example, due to adverse weather), then an alternative APP Small Group Session will be booked for Players to attend
