MENTORING & Player WellBEING

The Pro Project provides a player review, assessment and report on completion of each Gold 6 week block course.

The player report allows more depth of understanding of self and how you can improve your performance levels, on and off the pitch. Including:

  • Technique and Game understanding

 

  • Wellness - Nutrition/sleep/lifestyle

  • Attitude, effort and effectiveness

  • Feedback - Regular advice and game attendance
