Cole has been coaching for over 6 years. He is currently the head coach of the U13 TDP team at Northland FC along with the oversight and running of the Junior Development Programme and skill centre. He has also done GK specific training at junior and youth ages, and has experience as the Junior Goalkeeping head coach at Northland FC. He currently plays for Northland FC's first team as a GK. He won the golden glove at the WSAFC U17 Nationals. He is incredibly passionate about developing young footballers and helping them see the game through different lenses by giving them technical and tactical advice and always pushing players to find the best versions of themselves.
