SPEED & DRILL TRAINING
This programme is designed to improve speed as it relates to being a football player.
Our young players do not get enough exposure to speed training so this session will perfectly supplement their training.
Each session will work on a blend of both speed and drills whilst keeping it enjoyable and challenging.
